During her journey, Moana meets Maui who guides her in her quest to become a master way-finder. Together they sail across the ocean on an action-filled adventure. In the end, Moana fulfills the ancient quest of her ancestors and discovers who she was meant to be.

The official soundtrack to Moana features Lin-Manuel Miranda’s “Unstoppable” which details the legendary backstory of a Hawaiian deity. This track didn’t make the cut for the movie but it’s definitely a must-listen for Hamilton fans. As the New York Times points out, “the track has a distinct Alexander Hamilton vibe.”
