Out With Cronuts, In With DKA



Everyone was crazy over cronuts at Dominique Ansel Bakery, but the DKA is amazing.  This incredible, and weirdly named Kouign Amann (aka DKA) is a popover muffin of sorts, made of dense, buttery, caramelized croissant-like dough. You can buy them by the bucket at Ansel’s bakery, and you don’t have to wait in line before sunrise.
